Cement Rotary Kiln

Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinkerin bothdry and wetprocessto make cement.With a certail slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by supporting rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body. Besides main driving unit for driving system, It also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln could be slowly rotated when the main driving power is borken-up and prevent it to be bend and deformed. Kiln head sealing adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliablity of sealing could be ensuredIn order to raise up automation degree, the industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, the simulation phosphor screen has been used for display of process flow; the infrared scanning system has been adopted for calcining zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new of these new technologies, it is direct in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use.
